“How long does it take to charge, I’ve been charging it all night and it’s only at three lights”

• Charges fully, all four lights, in 45 minutes to an hour being plugged into my laptop not connected to my phone. What are you plugged into? And is it connected to your phone when charging?

• It shouldn’t take that long. It does charge the phone first and then charges the case, if I take my phone out of the case it maybe take 3 hrs to fully charge just the case by itself. Hope that helps you! I’ve had to return mine now 3 xs as they eventually stopped charging all together but good luck to you!
