“The Mophie case only chargers my phone 30% why is that?”

Mophie offers 2 cases. One that adds 33 percent more for 59 dollars and 1 that is 100 percent more for 99 dollars. I am guessing you bought the 33 percent
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Reset your phone and unplug your phone. Plug your phone in by itself. If it does not charge all the way up or doesnt hold a charge its your phone and not case. If your phone does charge up all way put it back in mophie and press and hold button on back till all lights start flashing. Your phone should show charging lightning bolt in top right corner. If your mophie case is fully charged but phone will not charged above 30 your battery is shot. Make sure u close all apps bc you might be running juice faster than u can charge
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I can't say for sure why you only get 30% but the first time I charged my phone I was pretty disappointed by how little a charge I got from it. I felt like I had wasted money. So I jumped on line and started researching things. The Mophie site indicated that its important to use the Mophi Charging cord and that a 3rd party cord might not allow your Mophi Case to have a good charge. So I dug up the Mophie cord since I had just used an old charging cord that I use with other things. In addition I leave the case turned off till my phone hits about 30% charge. Then when I turn on the Mophie case I usually get bumped back up to 80% before the case loses it's charge. That will last me another 5 or so hours. Hope that info helped.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Depending on the type of mophie case you buy it will only add 30% of your battery. Some cases offer a full charge when your battery is depleted, others merely compliment your existing battery power .
