• No it does not come fully charged. The manufacturer recommends fully charging before your first use. It takes about an hour to a hour and a half for mine to charge.

• It does NOT come fully charged. It uses an android charger to charge, which is provided with the case. A little inconvenient, but it works. It takes about as long as it would take a regular iPhone to charge, so maybe an hour.
