“How do you turn extra battery on and off. Is there a certain way you have to press button on back of case”

Press and hold the button on the back for a couple seconds to turn on and off.

Just press and hold a second and you will hear and see the battery charge icon appear next to the battery usage icon. Press button again to turn off the charge.

Yes hold the power button until it the lights start going up or down. Up means it's charging, down means it's turning off the charger.

Push and hold the button until the lights move from left to right. Once the lights are moving, the case is charging. Hold the button until the lights move from right to left to turn the case off.

Hold the button on the rear of the juice pack for about 5 seconds. If the LED lights flash from left to right, it is in charging mode. If the lights flash right to left, it is in standby mode. The juice pack should be in standby mode until needed.
