• Depends on what you are providing power to. I charge my cell phone, headphones, and tablet. I only recharge this power bank once ever 3/4 days.

• It really depends on your phone and the battery. Most higher end phones like iPhone and Samsung have a more powerful battery so they will take more juice. It also depends on usage during the charge. I have it for my iPhone 7 and usually charge it with little to no usage and it will charge almost 70% in about a half hour.
