QuestionWhat is the life cycle for this device? How many times can you charge on this device?

- Answer You can recharge your powerstation battery for over 500 full cycles. A full cycle is when you recharge the battery from 0% to 100%. Partial cycles, like charging from 25% to 100%, will not count as a full cycle until all of the partials equal 100%. After 500 full cycles, the powerstation battery may provide less than 75% of its original capacity. This is normal for any product with a lithium polymer battery.

- Answer On average, I put the device on the charger for 2-4 hours. When I used it on long trips and fully depleted the battery, I would leave it on the charger for about a full day.

QuestionI just got this and when I plug it in the power lights blink for one minute (two lights) and that's it. Then they go blank. I left it plugged in over night and when I press the button it goes still only flashes the two lights. Does it mean it's charged?

- Answer No all the five light indicators have to flash for a full charge. Should flash while charging if not replace your cord.

- Answer The galaxy S7 has a capacity of 3,000mah. Since this is a 20,000mah charger, it can charge your phone 6-7 times before needing to charge the battery pack.
