“I just got this and when I plug it in the power lights blink for one minute (two lights) and that's it. Then they go blank. I left it plugged in over night and when I press the button it goes still only flashes the two lights. Does it mean it's charged?”

No all the five light indicators have to flash for a full charge. Should flash while charging if not replace your cord.

The lights stop blinking after a brief period, but will turn on if you press the button next to the lights. The battery is not fully charged until all 4 lights are illuminated, which sometimes takes several hours (even most of a day).

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No, all four lights would be showing up when fully charged. A problem I first had was the amp output of the outlet charging my device. For faster charges I use at least a 2.1amp and it still takes a few hours to fully charge. But using a 1.0amp very seldom charges my box to full over night.
