“Will thus product charge my iPad while I am using it for a video game and FaceTime at the same time? What is the output wattage? I am assuming it is safe for an iPad?”

I dont have an iPad but it has two ports that are 2.1a which is the same as the large block chargers, so if your iPad charges off that while still using those apps then it will with this too. The smaller block chargers are 1.0a and it has one port like that too.
