“when I connect it to the charge, the first led is lit, and the second blinks for 30 seconds ,and then goes out and so for several hours, it does not move further”

• I would charge up the Powerstation to 4 lights (fully charged) before attempting a first charge of your device. Don't really know why light goes out unless almost out of juice.
