“How do you know when it is fully charged ? Does it light up ? I plugged it into the wall as I just purchased this today. Nothing lights up or no indication that it is taking a charge !? How does one determine that is is fully charged and ready for an emergency use ??”

it has 4 green lights as shown in the picture on the front. it will be fully charged when all 4 lights are solid. if it they are off unplug from charger and press button on top of pack and the lights should turn on depending on much of a charge it has, i.e. 3 lights 75% 4 lights 100%
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If the battery is fully depleted, it will take a few minutes or so to register and light up. Press the power button to check. When you initially connect it to a wall charger, all 4 LEDs adjacent to the Mophie logo will light up. Easy LED represents 25% increments of its capacity. Once fully charged, it automatically shuts off. You'll have to click the power button again to see where it's at in its charging status. If all LEDs are solid, it's fully charged.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.When you plug it up, if you look on the right side of the mophie, at the top of the side, there is a button that is about 1/2 in from the top. It is flush with the side and only distinguished by the 2 horizontal lines vs the left side of the mophie that has 1 horizontal line only. When you push the button, 4 small little pin holes on the front of the mophie , horizontal to the button, will light up. If all 4 light up that means the mophie is fully charged. It typically takes 24 hrs to charge it the first time.
