“I only have hearing in left ear. Is there a way to make the headphones mono instead of stereo?”

the headphones cannot be switched to mono. however, you can usually do this on your device instead. on android 9, it's under settings > accessibility > hearing > mono audio. on gnome 3.30, you can go to settings > sound and pan all the audio to your good ear. on windows 10, it's under settings > accessibility > audio (under hearing) > "turn on mono audio".
