• Yes this can be moved and laid on its back. It's slightly awkward to handle so 2 people is very helpful. Would suggest not using control deck as a handle however. Weight is not bad

• It can be moved. It’s surprisingly light. I move it standing up with 2 people it’s a breeze.

• I don't see any reason why it couldn't be. It is well built and as long as you didn't drop it hard it should be fine for transporting.
