You may need to contact your INTERNET PROVIDER to get this to work and be sure that you have paid to receive service from them. Have their tech support number on hand if your router is not connecting (keep in mind that a new router may take a while to fully connect to the network, don't panic if 10-15 minutes go by before it's fully connected). This router is indeed a WIFI ROUTER and MODEM. It does NOT come with a Coax cable which you will definitely need to connect your router to the wall in your home or office. You will need to purchase a coax cable separately. They are not super expensive. Just google "coax cable" and you should find plenty of options for purchase. This router comes with set up instructions to help clarify things.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have Comcast and was able to use their website to activate the service. Yes it has Wi-Fi built in that seems to have a pretty good range.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If your contact has a list of approved modems online (like SPECTRUM), you can check the list online, otherwise you're gonna have to call them. But yes, this router works as a cable modem and wifi, so you should be good with up to 400 mb/s I believe.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, I contacted them when I was returning the modem I was using from Comcast. They just need to get some info from the back of the new modem and see if it works with Comcast. Yes, it is a Modem as well as Wifi. It works great.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It is both modem and wifi. but contact company first to check compatibility
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, it's just modem. you will need a separate router. Or buy MOTOROLA MG7540 instead, which combines modem and router (wifi)
I would recommend:
