• If you are talking about your plan the answer is yes, your plan will stay the same with Verizon regardless where you buy the phone.

• They stay the same but in some states you have to pay the taxes on the full price of the phone. I had to pay $40 just in taxes on the phone, but it is worth it!

• Getting it at BB for the 2 year contract, check current price, should have no effect on what Verizon charges you if you had such a contract earlier.
