This would be something for customer service for both companies. If you have wifi running off this modem, the Nest should be a piece of cake. I set up internet first (with cable co.) then added the Nest myself. I don't think pics would help here. If you have your internet up and running properly, the nest customer service will help walk you through set up and it will be really easy.
