There are two ways to access administrative panel or manage the router. The first require you to connect to the router via ethernet cable and launch setup page (usually 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1) from a web browser. The second way is as long as you connect to the network via wifi. You can launch setup page from a web browser to manage the device. The 2nd way is manage your router remotely without physically cable to the device. But you thinking about manage your device from different location (out of the home network) then you need to do more configuration. You can monitor the traffic flow on the router as well as set limit to specific device. Plus you can see how many device are connect to the router via wifi. You can manage each ethernet port on the router (usually 4 ports).
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I believe there is a setting to make the admin interface respond to public requests (internet) rather than just requests from inside your home network. This is not advisable (for security reasons) but could be done. Otherwise, no, I have not found an app to manage this unit like there is for other routers.
