Is this compatible with fiber optic high speed? null

Depends on how your fiber terminates. If the fiber is coming directly into your home (i.e., straight to your modem), then no this modem/router will not work. You need coaxial cable termination at your device for this modem to work. If fiber is run in your neighborhood but then goes to the house via coax (e.g., like some upgraded Xfinity neighborhoods), you should be fine.

Probably not; I tried this at my mom’s house who has Verizon Fios and it did not work. We have Comcast Xfinity service and it’s been working great.
