“Once you Activate this phone on a particular carrier, will it get 'Locked' to that carrier ? Or is it 'Fully Unlocked' so it can be activated on another carrier later ?”

• It is fully unlocked. If you don't like your carrier, all you do is take out the current sim card and replace it with the new carrier.
