Questiondoes a refurbushed phone have a new battery?

- Answer I am not sure if the battery is new or not, but I have had this phone now for about 2 months, and I am charging it once every two days thus far with regular usage. On my high usage days, I could still probably get away with not charging it, but it's down to about 25% after 2 full days of regular to heavy usage. So far, so good. I'm very happy with this Moto.

QuestionWhy don't the BB Geeks think to include the special tool you need to open the sim tray? They don't even sell the tool you need in the store!
