• I'm not sure I completely understand the question, but I'll give it a try. This modem does not have a built-in wireless router nor does it have telephone call capability. It is certified for Comcast/xfinity. You would be using this for your internet only and generally you would connect this to a wireless router for wi-fi within the home.
