If an item is sold out online on Best Buy's website there is no direct solution. That being said, if you happen to be near or going past an actual Best Buy location, sometimes employees can order things that are sold out online. It is safer to assume this will not be the case, so DO NOT drive out of your way without understanding they may not be able to, unless it is worth your time and gas. As of 6/25/21, this will not be the case for GPUs, Xbox, Playstation. Depending on where you are, they probably will not be able to order Air Conditioners in store if they are sold out online.
