I have the Samsung Galaxy gear neo which I absolutely love because I can recieve, answer and make phone calls thru bluetooth while I'm driving. Which is really important to me cause I don't want to get into an accident and hurt someone just for a phone call. Thank you in advance.”

The Moto 360 does have a microphone, but it does not have speakers -- you would need your phone handy to make or receive calls, unless you've got a headset on.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The watch only has a microphone built in, no speaker (so when you set an alarm it vibrates to alert you, rather than playing a tune). Therefore, you can answer calls with it, but you need to have your phone handy to actually carry on the conversation. When you receive a call your watch will display the caller ID and vibrate. You can swipe left or right to answer or decline. You can also place calls by saying 'ok google' to your watch and telling it to call someone. When I have my phone hooked up bluetooth in my car that is how I call people.
