A:AnswerMotorola currently does not offer single handsets for sale for this model. It looks like they may never will. The next best alternative is to buy another 2 set unit including the answering machine. I love the quality of the phone so much I did just that. I bought a second 2 phone setup. I don't use the built-in answering machines as I prefer to handle my voicemail through my phone carrier.
