“I'm hoping to switch over from a phone under Familymobile to one with the same size sim card. Would I be able to do this and keep my number and such? My carrier told me I might or might not be able to... I just want to save some extra steps if possible.”

• Hi Sa53M0n3y, Thanks for your interest. The device is unlocked and works with major carriers in the US. I would suggest contacting your carrier to check if you will need to use a new SIM card on a new phone as some carriers require customers to have a new SIM card or not. -Jess
