• I would call Consumer Cellular because Best Buy no longer carries them. We are very satisfied with Consumer Cellular as they are very helpful with any questions you might have.

• I don't think so. We were able to connect phone at home with a little help from consumer cellular. Just call the number and they are more than happy to help. Great value for the money. Good luck!!
