  • QuestionI'm trying to buy this phone for a friend in Sri Lanka. Is this phone compatible with any SIM universally, or is it only compatible in US. Also, does it come with the charging adapter?

    Asked by Anuhas.

    • Answer We appreciate you expressing your interest in our product, Anuhas. Our phones should work in countries where you may be traveling, though we cannot guarantee all features are supported. Please check with your mobile service provider to see if your SIM is expected to operate. Please note that we never recommend buying a phone in one region for ongoing use in another as Motorola phones are only under warranty in the country/region in which they are intended for sale. As for the charging adapter, the product description mentions that the phone comes with a USB Type-C cable. Please note that the charging adapter may not be included. -Mitch
