“U.S. version outside U.S.A. Mi local carrier (Movistar Argentina) works with these bands. 2G: 850. 3G: 1900. I know this model operates with them but, will it work successfully with them or is this model exclusive to the U.S? Due to the international version sold out. Thank you”

it should work, I bought the US version and i'm currently using it with Telcel (Mexico) with is basically the same as Movistar

Please be aware, however, that if you purchase a Moto G from a US site, it will have a US warranty. You may want to consider local options if you can.
