- Answer It will work with TracFone's BYOP program if you have a SIM card for that program. This phone supports 4G LTE.

- Answer Yes it will work. The phone itself is LTE capable as long as the bands of the carrier (s) in Colombia are compatible. Another thing worth mentioning is that you need to make sure to have an LTE SIM card. If you do not have one even if the phone is LTE capable, you won't get to enjoy LTE speeds. Hope it helps!
