Hi Nick, yes I used this to replace my Note7 with Verizon. I did however run into an issue with activating it. Verizon does not have the model number in their system correctly, so I had to log onto my account and just update the sim number for the existing phone (Note7) and just insert it into the Moto G. It works like a champ and the account automatically updated with the new phone.
