Dual Sim Phones are not that common in the US Market so typically manufacturers will sell the single sim variant in the States. Typically labeled North America version. While they will have a dual-sim labeled Global. Bad terminology if you ask me, as both are Global (working anywhere in the world), but both may not have the same BANDS for LTE and North America version has all needed for major carriers. Getting off topic here, but checking out GSMarena and Motorola's US website, the Dual SIM variant is not being sold via Best Buy or Motorola. Amazon or Ebay could be selling it, but they are typically imported and come with no warranties, etc. Espically with Motorola I have run into this in the past I do work overseas and always on the hunt for a good dual-sim, near stock Android phone. Side note I like the OnePlus line for this reason.
