- Answer I just ordered this phone directly from Motorola. on their website it is comparable and been tested on AT&T, T-MOBILE, VERIZON. and is both GSM and CDMA. only carriers they show as not compatible are boost and virgin. the model differences are because one modle is 32g ROM and other is 16g.

- Answer I haven't had this problem with the phone, I have already 5 months with it but like any other phones after more time of use and excessive use, it could overheat a bit like any other electronic device.

- Answer not sure where the other person got his info. I researched this phone fully. according to Motorola's website. it is compatible and has been tested for use on Sprint.
