Hi Nati, Thank you for your inquiry. The Moto G 5G (2024) unlocked model is not sold as “OEM unlocked” by default for custom software modifications. While some Motorola devices may allow bootloader unlocking through Motorola’s official unlocking program (depending on eligibility, region, and carrier approval), this is not guaranteed for all models or variants, including carrier-sold or certain retail versions. Please note that unlocking the bootloader and flashing custom ROMs is not supported by Motorola. Doing so may void the device warranty, affect system stability, and prevent the device from receiving official software updates or security patches. For the safest and most reliable experience, we recommend using the device with the official Motorola software version installed. Should there be any further inquiries, please do not hesitate to email supportforums@motorola.com. We'll be glad to help. -Mitch
