• Hi Susanna, Thank you for your inquiry and interest in our product. The EID (Embedded Identity) code is a unique serial number assigned to eSIM-compatible devices. It is used for activating and managing eSIM profiles. The Moto G 5G 2024 phone does support eSIM. You can check the EID code by dialing *#06# on the device. If eSIM is available, the EID should be displayed along with the IMEI and other identifying numbers. -Mitch
