“From my earlier question about being compatible with Spectrum, I should have noted that I have a Tracfone Moto g Play 2024 that is Network Unlocked. It also says Sim Unlocked. Spectrum still said not compatible. Mine is OK on other carriers.”

Thank you for the response. When talking to Spectrum Mobile, they ask for IMEI and then say the phone is not compatible. When asked why not, they don't know and will not explore or try anything even though I have a Spectrum sim card. I do like the Moto g Play phone and have no issues with it. Other carriers say it is compatible so will go with one of those. I wonder why Spectrum is so picky.
