    • Answer First you need a designated SIM card for that country that will work with a compatible UNLOCKED phone, GSMARENA.com will provide which phones will work with one SIM card I am looking into for Asia. You also need to be sure the phone has Tap Pay capability if you plan to use this feature in that country. Also, be sure you get the proper electrical adapter with a transformer other wise you will blow up your charger and maybe the phone. I hope this helps.

    • Answer I wonder about the answer given here. My 2g phone ran on my CSP, Consumer Cellular/ Verizon, when it went to 5G, it took about 2 weeks for things to calm down but after that the 2g ran fine on a 5g service.

  • QuestionFrom my earlier question about being compatible with Spectrum, I should have noted that I have a Tracfone Moto g Play 2024 that is Network Unlocked. It also says Sim Unlocked. Spectrum still said not compatible. Mine is OK on other carriers.

    • Answer Thank you for the response. When talking to Spectrum Mobile, they ask for IMEI and then say the phone is not compatible. When asked why not, they don't know and will not explore or try anything even though I have a Spectrum sim card. I do like the Moto g Play phone and have no issues with it. Other carriers say it is compatible so will go with one of those. I wonder why Spectrum is so picky.

  • QuestionHow can I transfer my pictures to my PC from this phone? Despite spending hours reseraching this, I cannot find anything that works consistently. Moto g play 2024 shows up in Windows Explorer after an hour of fooling with it and then disappears.

    • Answer After MANY HOURS OF RESEARCH and aggravation, I finally solved the issue. I had to download a driver for the phone onto my PC for the PC to recognize the phone. Extremely poor design. I advise AGAINST BUYING THIS PHONE.
