- Answer The phone should be fine anywhere, it is the carrier that would possibly be an issue, depending on what system they use. I have traveled without issue, and I am on AT&T.

- Answer It works with any company. You just need to cut the SIM card to a nano SIM card size. There's a nano size template online. Print the letter size

- Answer You will need a Nano sim card for this phone, a standard or micro sim card will not work. If you are a current T-Mobile customer any T-Mobile store should provide you with a Nano sim card free of charge programmed with your current number. Once they program your new Nano sim your old sim will no longer work so do your homework; save and back up everything you may need from your old card and phone before you get a new one.

- Answer Mine is being used in the US and I believe it's dual SIM capable. Don't rely on Best Buy to give you accurate info though. This is the most annoying phone I've ever used.

- Answer Yes, phone accepts a microSD card (not included) in the same tray as the SIM card (also not included). Tray has to be opened using a special pin tool which is in the bottom of the box, make sure you don't toss the packaging without taking the tool out!
