A:AnswerHi kevlilzen,
Thanks for reaching out. I'm afraid that the Moto G Power 2021 doesn't have the NFC feature. If you want to know more specifications about this, you may simply look here: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/motorola-moto-g-power-2021-unlocked-32gb-memory-polar-silver/6441184.p?skuId=6441184. - Frank
A:AnswerHi Eduardo, thanks for your interest. All of our phones should work in countries that you may be traveling to. However, we cannot guarantee that all features will work seamlessly outside the US. Please check with your mobile service provider to see if your SIM is expected to operate. Please note that we never recommend buying a phone in one region for ongoing use in another as Motorola phones are only in warranty in the country/region in which they are intended for sale. - Mike

Based on our compatibility chart: https://www.motorola.com/us/carrier-compatibility, Moto G Power 2021 is compatible with Tracfone(GSM and CDMA). If you already have a Sim card, you can insert it to the new phone and it should be good to go. However, we still recommend contacting your carrier to make sure that your sim card will operate. - Frank

A:AnswerI had the same issue. Had to pay $50 more because Fam Mobile wasn't an activate option. Drilling into info AFTER I purchased it only gave 4 activate options, so as far as Best Buy is concerned with THEIR discount for activation offer, it's not fully unlocked. I felt a little deceived as I was replacing a phone, not wanting new service, so had to pay more because even fully unlocked my carrier wasn't an option to activate in store.
