“I have a 2021 Moto G play and a Verizon account. Verizon supports wifi calling on my plan. Moto G play says wifi calling is enabled but the phone does not show wifi calling anywhere. Does it have wifi calling capability?”

No you cant. I hate this phone. What a cheap move by Motorola. Imagine making a phone in 2021 without this option built in. Terrible. Back to the trash heap with this phone

If you look into our carrier compatibility chart: https://www.motorola.com/us/carrier-compatibility, Moto G Play 2021 is compatible with Verizon and it supports VoLTE. As for the Wifi Calling, we suggest checking with them first to see if this device is compatible with that feature. - Frank
