Hi Carol, thanks for your interest. The Moto G Power (2021) has been tested and carrier-certified to work on Tracfone. - Mike

Do NOT use Tracfone. Their whole system is a total disaster!!! It took me days, yes days, on help and hold to get my older phone switched over to a new replacement they sent me - locked me out of my account, deactivated my #, all kinds of other crap while I still had service time active that I had paid for. When it came time now to add service time, I see they have stolen over 8000 (yes thousands) rolled over minutes from from me and I am still locked out of my account. Can't get a human on the helpline at all any more to straighten this out. The WORST company ever!!!

Tracfone is going to Verizon and does not work in my area. Goin to another.
