In a nutshell no, the chipset that is used on the Moto G power 2021 is not compatible with 5G. If you want 5G need to get a phone that runs Quantum snapdragon 765G chipset or higher. More than likely it will never run 5G because of the limitations of the hardware.

We suggest contacting Tracfone to check and confirm with them. You can check this link for the phone specifications here: https://www.motorola.com/us/smartphones-moto-g-power-gen-2/p?skuId=535. -Mitch
