Q: QuestionWhat SIM card does this use
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer The standard these days, nano sim. I'm sure you can snip your old one to fit if you had to. Also, you can probably wrap a smaller one in tape to make sure it won't come out anytime soon.

Q: QuestionWill this phone accept eSIM from Airalo that’s has international plans
Asked by Pacman.
- A:Answer Thank you for your inquiry, Pacman. Our phones are designed to work in many countries while traveling, but we cannot guarantee that all network features or services will be supported everywhere. Compatibility can vary depending on the mobile service provider and the specific eSIM plan. For your Moto G Power 5G (2024), you can try activating an eSIM from Airalo, but we recommend confirming with Airalo and your mobile service provider first to ensure the eSIM and international plan you choose are supported by the device and expected to work in the regions you plan to use it. Please note that we do not recommend purchasing a phone in one region for ongoing use in another, as Motorola phones are covered under warranty only in the country or region where they are intended for sale. -Mitch

Q: Questiondoes it support wireless charging
Asked by davey.
- A:Answer Sure does! I think it may even work in a toaster, since their hardware is a little different than other flagships, the energy is actually able to transmit through and provide a significant charge to the battery without harming the device (use a case) and does so in a shorter time than MOST wireless chargers. My S21+ failed this test.

Q: QuestionI will have a sim card for travel in Central Europe. Is this phone compatible with the networks found in (for example) Poland and Hungary? And how do I gat a charger compatible with electric grids abroad?
Asked by MtnMama.
- A:Answer Hi MtnMama, Thank you for your inquiry. Our phones are designed to work in countries where you may be traveling; however, we cannot guarantee that all features will be supported on every network. We recommend checking with your mobile service provider to confirm whether your SIM card will operate as expected in Poland, Hungary, or other countries in Central Europe. Regarding charging abroad, Motorola chargers support standard voltage ranges (typically 100–240V), but you may need a plug adapter for the local electrical outlets. If you plan to charge frequently while traveling, a USB-C charger or portable power bank compatible with your device can also be convenient. Please note that Motorola phones are covered by warranty only in the country or region in which they were intended for sale, so ongoing use abroad would not extend warranty coverage. We hope this helps, and we appreciate your interest in Motorola. -Mitch

- A:Answer Hi International, Thank you for your inquiry! Our phones should work in the Philippines, though we cannot guarantee that all features will be supported. We recommend checking with your mobile service provider to confirm that the SIM will operate correctly.
