will this phone work with Boost Mobile null

An unlocked phone will work with any company as long as that phone uses the correct bandwidths for the country. In other platforms you could buy an international phone which will not work with USA bandwidths. So yes. You put the chip inside of any unlocked phone. Locked phones, no will not work, unless it is THE company to which is locked into.
