• Thank you for your inquiry, Millie. Yes, you can transfer your old phone data to your Moto G Power 5G 2024 even when using Verizon. The transfer process does not depend on your carrier, so your Verizon SIM or account will not affect it. You can move your data, such as contacts, photos, apps, and messages, using Google backup and restore or the built-in Motorola setup transfer tool during initial setup. If your phone is already set up, you can still use your Google account to back up your old device and restore the data onto your new phone by signing in with the same account. For step-by-step guidance, you can also refer here: https://en-us.support.motorola.com/app/utils/guided_assistant/g_id/2683. To ensure a smooth transfer, please make sure both devices are connected to a strong Wi-Fi network, have sufficient battery charge, and are kept powered on during the process. -Mitch
