Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Best Buy does set up some phones, but probably not all of them, at no charge, when purchased. If you buy an "unlocked" phone, there is an Activate Today price, and an Activate Later price. If you get it with Activate Later, the immediate cost, is higher (go figure). If you don't want to set it up yourself, you could go into the store and ask the Geek Squad, they might do it, for a fee. The Sales Rep in the cell phone department could also probably advise you with the latest information. I advise against trying to phone the Best Buy Store; they probably will not answer your call. It would be best to check with them, before the purchase. Good luck.
