A: Good Morning, I bought the new Moto Power and it's been the best phone decision I have ever made. Like you, I am also with Verizon and was a little worried about switching to a phone that Verizon does not sell online or in their stores (they do sell Moto Phones - just not a lot). My experience was when I ordered it online, Best Buy.com gave me the option of choosing my carrier which I clicked on Verizon. They sent the phone with the Verizon sim card and once I put in the card and turned it on. I was good to go. Verizon does charge a one time activation fee. You should have no issues with returns. Go to BB website and to the chat box. Ask them what the return policy is (it's usually 15 days). I hope this helps? Mark
Q: Does this phone have wifi calling feature? Moto g7 power unlocked did not have this..
A: No--Not on Verizon. Didn't know this until I purchased the phone and spent an hour on a call with a Verizon rep. It was a deal breaker, so I had to return it. Bought the Verizon version on their website.
A: the answer I always get is that it has to be a new number, not an existing one for the discount
A: I am also on an AT&T plan, long out of contract and not interested in getting tied into a new contract. I purchased this phone under the activate later option, and it worked just fine without having to involve anyone at AT&T. I bought mine in the store, and my Best Buy rep used their adapter equipment to transfer all of my personal files over to the new phone from my ancient HTC One. Very smooth process!
Q: Does this phone come with a sim card or can I use my sim card from my previous phone ( galaxy g6)?
