Questionmotorola-moto-g-pure-32gb-memory-unlocked-deep-indigo I just bought this phone and it was half charged and the girl at the store told me to charge to 100% when I got home. I tried to pull the cord from the bottom of the phone, it will not come out.

- Answer Hi! I've only had the phone for two to three weeks and so far there hasn't been an update, still on Android 11. I bought it in Texas but primarily use it internationally in Mexico and some markets get updates before others. I had a Nokia before this that updated after Europe and Middle East got theirs.
