- Answer I don't know about t mobile, but my carrier is Tracfone-pay as you go plan. And 90% of the time, I am on wifi. You have the option of turning off cell service and just use wifi.This phone has a data save feature that allows you to have both cell and wifi turned on, and the phone will look for wifi before using your cellulare gigs.

- Answer The Moto G4 Play XT1607 is unlocked. Will probably work in Colombia, but you should look up the CDMA and GSM bands for the XT1607 and talk to the service provider to ensure compatibility. You can check the bands at www.frequencycheck.com.
