Can this phone make calls on wifi with t mobile sim null

I don't know about t mobile, but my carrier is Tracfone-pay as you go plan. And 90% of the time, I am on wifi. You have the option of turning off cell service and just use wifi.This phone has a data save feature that allows you to have both cell and wifi turned on, and the phone will look for wifi before using your cellulare gigs.

If it's a WiFi call, you're not using a carrier, nor the SIM.
