Sounds like you were screwed over. Only a few ways to undo that and it has to be done by repeatedly getting password wrong and that can take 1 hr or so and that's no guarantee I've done it before on one of my phones and another way I'm not sure about is take it to a tech expert shop and see but honestly your SOL that's really wrong they did that to you
