“I'm down to the 64gb/4gb RAM version of this phone, the 32gb/3gb RAM version, and the X4 (3gb RAM). For those of you that have either purchased or spent a lot of time with the 4gb RAM and the 3gb RAM versions, do you notice $50 difference in performance?”

I don't think you'll notice a difference BUT why would anyone want to go down in any type of Ram or memory. For the $50.00 I don't think it's worth it to take less then you could. .
